We want to try something new this year at RMR.

We would like to try to have a different course for every event, so post up all course layouts you can think of and we will run as many of them as possible this year, we are limited on the track and had only one we used most of last season but we want to mix it more this year, keep in mind that we will be pitting in the oval in the same place or if there is a good one we can pit outside.

Here is the track.....

why do you want to change a perfect course?

You really cant do anything besides that in the oval. everything else will just suck and make everyone not want to come.

Well some drivers said they want a different course layout so we are opening that possibility up. Why do you want events at different venues? for a change? for something different? if there are no good courses submitted then we wont change it, Nothing is perfect there could be something we havent thought of yet, So if you have any ideas lets see them.

But thanks for your input Josh.

different venues are because people do like different but the configuration at rmr is as good as it gets. we always try new stuff and rewrite it but it always just goes back to the same. its the most winning combo possible. wrong lines will kill weak stock s chassis tie rods but thats going to happen no matter what layout DE tries. this is the fastest and most flowing layout given the space.

it also helps us get thing moving faster since we are used to it and there is no real explanation needed as to how things are going to go.

wall tap, knock the barrel over, knock tire stacks over. same old is good

The course layout isn't written in stone, we can change it during the course of the event. We can even run it in reverse. We're asking for positive input

Last year when we tried to run it in reverse the safety guys shut it down quick-style. They didn't like cars sliding toward them. I think Ryan said they didn't want to sit on the other side because of foot traffic or something.

But, running it in reverse sounds fun too.

we could have the staging area next to EMT that way there will be no drifting towards them.

I don't understand what you're trying to say.

If we stage next to them and do it reverse, we'll just be sliding toward them AND our staging area. If you can get them to sit on the west entrance of the oval, then we won't slide toward them when we do it reverse.
